1950s Vintage precision MAP MEASURER by TACRO Made in Germany w/original box.
A little wheel at the point of the instrument moves the hand on the dial.  It does move and work and appears to be in perfect working order.
On the reverse "TARCO INC." and "Germany."
Here is an original with the box and the box is in stressed condition with "5.00" written in pencil and "5.70" written in ink.
I bet this is a really scarce item.
