    Description

    Auction House Find! It was advertised as brand new, but it has some issues. During storage it was visited by possibly mice. The tail looks to be frayed and there are some gnaw marks on frame. When battery storage was opened one battery was corroded. Here's the good news,  when batteries were replaced Billy works well. He sings and all movements look good. Batteries will not be included.  Please look closely at pics and ask questions if needed.
